Cancellation Policy
Upon booking your appointment at the salon you will be required to pay a non refundable and non transferable deposit, which will total 50% of your booked treatments.
The remaining balance will then be payable when you attend your appointment.
Please note if you cancel or amend your appointment less than 48 hours prior your deposit will be taken as a cancellation fee.
A new deposit will be required for the new appointment.
Should you cancel less than 24 hours prior then the full balance of your treatments will be due (prior to making a new booking.)
